Birth is a physical, mental and emotional event. What better way to prepare for it by fostering your mind-body connection. You’ll need it - no matter what your birth looks like!

We dive into pregnancy and birth related hot-topics, so you can get the most out of your prenatal preparation and receive care truly centered around you. Knowledge is power, and with doula-led classes, we answer all your burning birth-related questions.
Topics include Informed consent, evidence-based care, fetal positioning, and more!

Through intentional stretches and stability movements, we bring balance to your body, ease common aches, support mobility, and encourage better positioning for baby—laying the foundation for a smoother pregnancy and birth.

Each class begins with a 15-minute group check-in, where we share about our weeks and current pregnancy experiences. Together, we explore a pregnancy or birth-related topic—things like posture in pregnancy, connecting with your pelvic floor, mobility in your pelvis, sphincter law, relaxation and breathing for labor, and more.
Then we move into a one-hour yoga flow designed to ease common pregnancy aches and prepare your body and mind for birth. Movements are gentle, supportive, and always adaptable to how you’re feeling that day. We close with a relaxing meditation, giving you time to connect with your baby and your deeper self.
You’re always encouraged to listen to your body—take breaks, move slowly, grab water or a snack—whatever you need. These classes are low-pressure and welcoming, and my favorite part is the genuine friendships that often form among the moms in this space.

Yes! It’s great if your birth partner is able to attend, so they can learn these awesome skills that will come in handy to support you during labor - but sometimes schedules just don’t align! You’re welcome to bring a friend, sister, mom, whoever! to the comfort measures class - you won’t want to miss it!

No worries - I’ll be providing you with a library of pre-recorded classes that you’re able to use on your own time. So you don’t even have to miss out on your yoga fix for the week!

Mat and props are provided, but feel free to bring a water bottle, snacks, or anything else you may like to have for added comfort

$200 for the six week series.
That includes six in-person classes (including a 2-hour partner comfort measures class) and a set of pre-recorded videos so you can do yoga anytime you want.
You’ll be supported by a doula (me!) and gain information to help you have a calm, powerful birth experience. I’m also available to answer any and all pregnancy and birth related questions you have.

Classes are held are Luna Sol Chiropractic, which provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for parents and parents-to-be. Free parking is available, and all mats and props are provided for you to make your yoga experience comfortable, enjoyable, and easy to get to.
