Birth support with you at the center.
This isn’t just about having someone show up on your birth day—it’s about building a relationship rooted in trust, calm, and real connection.
Through personalized care, evidence-based guidance, and steady presence from pregnancy through postpartum, this support helps you feel confident, informed, and genuinely held—so you can move through birth feeling empowered, not overwhelmed.
You deserve comprehensive care
You deserve a doula
You deserve comprehensive care You deserve a doula
There are a lot of doulas out there – and you deserve one who feels like the right fit.
I bring more than just knowledge and experience to your birth; I bring grounded presence, practical tools, and a relationship built on trust.
My support goes deeper than showing up on your birth day. We begin building a connection early, so by the time labor arrives, you feel seen, safe, and truly supported – by someone who knows you, your values, and your hopes for this birth. You’ll have access to evidence-based resources, emotional support, and guided reflection to help you prepare on every level: physical, mental, and emotional.
And the care doesn’t end once your baby arrives. I’ll be there for you in the postpartum space too – helping you process your experience, offering hands-on support, and making sure you feel held through the early days of new parenthood.
When you work with me, you’re also helping expand access to this kind of care in our community – because every family deserves to feel supported and seen.

Being able to continue asking questions and talking through the entire journey has been a form of therapy and decompression that is much needed.”

Three prenatal meeting. Yes, 3. We’re building a whole trusting relationship here! Of course we’ll discuss your birth preferences but also, I want to know you & I want you to know me.
Continuous labor support. Contraction-to-contraction support and care, so your medical team can focus on their core responsibilities (the health of you & your baby). I work alongside your partner, allowing them to show up 100% for you in the moment, and provide you with the birth professional tips & tricks that help you through your labor.
Two postpartum meetings. One is great but most women don’t see their provider until 6 weeks postpartum, and we need to fill that gap in care! I help assist with breastfeeding, check in on your mental health, answer baby or postpartum body questions, help process your birth experience, and provide trusted referrals as needed. A bonus: I always bring one meal for your family at one of these postpartum visits.
Unlimited text and email support throughout your pregnancy. I’m here for the little things - heartburn, leg cramps - and the big - Do I schedule an induction or another ultrasound? How the heck to do I navigate this seemingly large and looming decision or unwanted news? I’m available to you for support, information, preparation, and resources throughout your pregnancy.
My signature client workbook & resource hub. Thoughtfully and intentionally designed to set you up for an informed birth experience and help you reflect and connect with your intuition as you navigate this HUGE life transformation.
TENs unit rental for labor. Moms love this tool! This non-medical pain relief tool that you might choose to use to help manage your labor. Honestly, hospitals and midwifes should provide them to everyone!! But they don’t, so I do :)
Discounts on in-person prenatal yoga classes. Sometimes self-care is getting out of the house, away from your to-do list, and into a room where someone is literally holding space for you. I offer 20% off my prenatal & postpartum yoga classes for my birth support clients.
Free attendance to my comfort measures & partner tools class. So your partner feels good & confident about their role heading into your birth experience.
Supporting community birth . By hiring me, you’re also making a contribution to my community birth support program, creating more accessible doula care for financially burdened members of our community.

Birth consults are a one-on-one meeting with me to discuss what’s on your mind as you prepare for birth. Maybe you’re unsure of what your want or confused about information you’re getting from your provider.
This is time and space to be heard, supported, and better prepared.
Consults are 90 minutes and can be in-person in Purcellville or virtual.Investment: $80

Community Birth Support Grants
Everyone deserves high quality maternity support.
In striving for inclusive and equitable maternal healthcare, I believe that every individual deserves the support of a doula. I recognize that doula care remains out of reach for many of our community members.
To help ensure that all families have access to the care they deserve, I offer the Community Birth Support Program for families that are medicaid eligible, experiencing significant medical debt, or in their teenage years.
By choosing to work with me, you are not only prioritizing your own pregnancy and birth experience, but also contributing to extending the reach of doula care.

No. When you work with a doula, your partner can feel more confident, supported, and included in the birth process. Having a birth professional by their side allows them to focus fully on supporting you, knowing they’re backed by expert guidance. My role is to provide reassurance and enhance your journey together, helping you both feel more connected and prepared for this special experience.

A doula offers invaluable support throughout pregnancy and birth, regardless of your chosen birthing preferences. If you choose an epidural or other pain relief medications during labor, I can offer support by recommending comfort measures and optimal body positions after receiving an epidural. These strategies can contribute to a smoother labor progression and encourage vaginal delivery. I’ll also help you explore comfort techniques for managing labor up until you receive an epidural, and assist you in settling in with your baby and initiating infant feeding after delivery.

Yes! I can accompany you and your partner in OR prep, in the OR, and and in the PACU leading up to, during, and after the birth of your baby!

Autonomy in maternal healthcare entails respecting the pregnant individual's right to make informed decisions about their health and birthing process, including consenting to medical interventions. In supporting you, I want to empower you to make informed decisions and ensure your preferences are respected during your birth.
Equity involves ensuring fair and equal access to quality healthcare services regardless of socio-economic status, race, or other factors. My Community Birth Support Program aims to address the disparities in maternal healthcare by offering culturally sensitive care and bridging the gap in access to healthcare resources, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable populations.
No follow up appointments until six weeks postpartum is wack
We need to bridge the gap in care
There’s a gap in our system. Your nurse or midwife can’t offer contraction-to-contraction care, and no check-in until six weeks postpartum just isn’t enough.
You deserve a better model: one rooted in continuity, advocacy, and presence.
A doula isn’t a luxury — it’s a human right, and an investment in the odds of a positive birth experience.
